Flashbrite Product Review & Giveaway!

A little while ago, the fine people at FlashBrite contacted me to try out and review their product.  Lucky for them, I was already very familiar with the FlashBrite stickers and said that I would gladly do a review.  FlashBrite has stick-on reflective patches that are made with 3M™Scotchlite™ reflective material.  Straight from their website:
FlashBrite ™ stick-on patches are made of genuine 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material.  They increase your   visibility at night by reflecting light directly back to it’s source so you can be seen. FlashBrite ™is safety with style! Perfect for the whole family during evening strolls, a night run, dog walks and more!  FlashBrite™ reflective products have multiple uses! They are designed to help keep you, your children and pets safe at night!  They can be customized for your application.
I have a pair of the "peace sign" stickers that I won sometime last year from Running Diva Mom (thanks!).  I love them.  When I got them, I immediately put on on each of my strollers, the single and the double.  Although my strollers have a fair amount of reflectivity on their own, I feel that the stickers really stand out.  When I'm running early morning or on a foggy, rainy day, I feel like my "running buddies" who are leading the way need to be as visible as possible.  Here is "Steppy" sporting the peace sign front & center:
It looks like a headlight!

A nice sticker even when it isn't glowing.
According to the website, the patches can reflect light from over 1000 feet away!  FlashBrite has several great designs to choose from and also has the ability to do custom shapes and logos for schools or other organizations.

Lucky for two of you, FlashBrite sent me my two favorite designs to give away!  One of you will win the daisies:
and the other winner will be able to spread peace wherever they go:
All you have to do, is head over to the FlashBrite website, watch their video, and tell me, in a comment, what you think or something you learned.  That's it, easy peasy.

If you're an over achiever or you'd love to have more chances to win, leave a separate comment for each or any of the following questions?

  • Which is your favorite FlashBrite sticker?
  • Do you wear bright clothing or reflective gear when you run in low light conditions?
  • Do you think, if placed "strategically" two FlashBrite Daisy stickers would make good "headlights" for someone during their night leg of Hood to Coast?
  • Where will you put your stickers if you win?
I'll accept entries until next Tuesday (Aug. 2nd) and will randomly draw two winners on Aug. 3rd.  Thanks to FlashBrite for providing me with the stickers to give away!

This review is entirely my own opinion.  FlashBrite provided me with product to giveaway.  I previously won the stickers I am basing my review on from another blogger.

I learned that I should not just wear white at night. That video is scary!

I learned that reflective + fluorescence = the best, enhanced visibility.

My favorite sticker is the flower shape.

I usually don't run in low-light conditions. But I will start soon as I train for my 2nd marathon, and yes, I will make sure I wear something reflective.

I would not "position" the stickers as "headlights" personally. But I would cheer you on!!!

I would put them on my water bottle belt, or possibly my hat.
