Not Completely Wordless Wednesday

The other day I was feeding Jonny (and trying to decide the best way to put off doing laundry and other mundane things that needed to be done) when all of a sudden I decided he could absolutely not go another moment without a hair cut.

Here is the before:
Please ignore the disgustingly dirty high chair, it had been a very messy lunch.
Here he is after:
(close to 45 minutes with the clippers... do you know how hard it is to get a 9 month old to sit still?!)

I asked Leona her thoughts on his new 'do...

and I'm thinking she's not really a fan.

I love it when you post pics of your kids, they are just SO cute! Love that haircut - I still subject my boys to the clippers whenever I can!

They are so cutie! And you get props for even ATTEMPTING to give a nine month old a haircut. I wouldn't have dared. I think you did a great job!

Nice job on the haircut! Yes, it's definitely hard to get a 9 month old to sit still long enough for that! They are both adorable!!

Love it! I did the same with my boys about 6 months ago. Makes them look more like little boys than babies.

Ah, yes, I remember those days. My dad cut my kids hair when they were young since he's a stylist. They did not mind it too much.
